Terms and Conditions

Before you finalise your order, please read the following terms and conditions so we all have a great experience.

By using this website and placing your flower orders with us, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” “I” and “We” refers to Brisbane Formal Flowers and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.

**Please note: We always endeavour to make the corsage exactly as pictured, but to keep costs low, we sometimes need to substitute existing pictured charms or beads with new ones. Our supplier is overseas and constantly updates their products and availability. Colours will remain the same **

1. Delivery to PayPal, Billing or Shipping Address
Your order will be delivered to the address configured in the “shipping details” of the cart. Please confirm it is correct before you checkout. Please advise if the address is gated or in the CBD where access and parking is limited, or if dogs are on the property.

2. Variations and Flower availability
Due to seasonal availability of certain flowers and supply of exact beads, the final product may vary slightly from the actual pictures on this website. In the event a particular flower pictured is unavailable at the time of order or if your design can not be made, you will be contacted to discuss a substitute. Most designs are made from all year available flowers. Peak times like Valentine’s and Mother’s Day can mean that there is limited availability so a substitute might be required. All colours and styles will remain the same. As flowers are a product of nature they can be unpredictable at times.

3. Late Orders
Orders must be placed in advance of 3 working days before the desired delivery date. Some Public holidays affect supplier availability. Allowing us 3 working days gives us time to contact flower growers and suppliers. If you require a Corsage or Buttonhole within 48 hrs, we may be able to assist with stock on hand, so please contact us or email if unsure sales@brisbaneformalflowers.com.au

4. Delivery Time
There must be someone to receive your flower creation at the time of delivery. Please choose an appropriate time from the available windows. If no one is home, your Corsage or Buttonhole will be left with no guarantee of it’s safe placement in your hands. This is your responsibility. Especially important on hot days. If you can not be there, you must leave an esky or cooler bag (with cold packs inside) at the door and notify us if you are unlikely to be home at the time.

5. Consolidated Bulk Orders
If you are ordering in Bulk or for a large event, or even if you have a school where you’d like Bulk or group orders delivered to, I can arrange a school or group discount of 15% – please email your floral corsage and buttonhole order enquiry to sales@brisbaneformalflowers.com.au.

6. Returns/Refunds
Due to the nature of the product you are ordering, we do not issue full refunds. If your Bracelet or Bead component is faulty, please email us at sales@brisbaneformalflowers.com.au with an outline of the fault, post the items back to us and we can exchange any beads or Bracelet components. Feedback is very important to our business. Please don’t be afraid to let us know how your experience was, we are always striving to make beautiful Corsage and buttonhole creations. Sometimes manufacturing of bracelet components from our suppliers is out of our hands, but we know they would like to know if something is faulty. Refunds will not be given where a wrong address or phone number has been provided and flowers were left. Cancellation of an order will only be granted a refund if it has not been despatched from our store.

It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements.

**If you have severely damaged your corsage or buttonhole with extreme handling like losing it in a moshpit, or having it trampled by a horse eeek!!- then we can organise a replacement of your Bracelet component at a reduced price or with our compliments. Please just contact us 🙂
